ReplyDeleteBridgewood Agency conducted an interview last September 18, 2008 for Hotel Cleaners. I was shocked when i found out that the salary for the said position is only 500 dirhams for the first 3 months and will increase to 650 dirhams on the 4th month and onwards. The placement is as high as 40k.Does POEA allow this kind of recruitment?
ReplyDeleteCan the recruitment agencies located in provinces make an arrangement with different hospitals located nearby to do the medical. Kasi a lot of agencies here in provinces require the applicants to go to Manila for Medical. Can you not extend some help and consideration to applicants coming from pronvinces? Now adays its really hard to produce at least 1k as fare going to Manila

ReplyDeleteyou can actually request the agency na ina-applyan mo na sa province ka na lang for medical, they can give you options, meron agency kasi na merong commission kung meron silang referral na applicant
ReplyDeleteMadam with regards to the agency requiring for a placement fee na wala po dapat, wala po bang suspension or any kind of punishment from poea? Karamihan sa mga nag aabroad po ay walang pera dito sa pinas, kaya they are making ways to go out from pinas to find job.
ReplyDeleteas per advise ng POEA, dapat one month salary equivalent ang plavement fee, other agency dont collect fees, sa Canada jobs naman ay wala on some specific jobs at yung documentation lang ng applicant ang gagastusing ng aplikante like passport, medical, poea registration, pdos etc.

ReplyDeleteGud am po asawa po ako ng isang ng apply sa Sabang agency as waiter sabi po nila may job oreder daw po cla ng waiter nung ay MAY kaya nag ayos kami ng papeles ng asawa ko. pero hanggang ngaun wala pa tawag sa kanya. Nangmagbrowse ako sa internet wala clang Job order ng waiter mula pa nung january2oo8 gumastos na kami ng medical nya. ReplyDeleteSince you address it to everyone, here's an advise. Browse the poea website, there you will find tips and/or guide for you to find out if your heading on the right track. First, verify your agency if it's on the list of licensed recruitment agencies on the POEA, if not, better visit the POEA for verification purposes if you're happened to be recruited by person/s or as direct hiring. If it doesn't exists as legal, back-out or you may end up as another victim like me. Good luck!

Ngayon ko lang to nakita. at sana makita mo to. Bad experience ang naranasan ko sa Biovitale management Consultancy hanggang sa pag aayos ng mga requirements sa visa. maraming inconsistencies at di pa masyadong alam gagawin. Hindi ito paninira. Sinasabi ko lang naranasan ko.

ReplyDeletePaolo.ang problema wala man lang tawag o email sakin ang canadian embassy kung denied o granted ang visa ko. na interview ako last year pa at few days after nag pa medical ako. base kasi sa sulat na pinadala nila sa embahada requesting na till jue 2010 i grant ako ng visa lampas na ang june wala pa din at granted na denied ang visa ko bakit hindi pa nila ibalik ang passsport ko (original) para maka pag apply ako sa iba. i hope for your kind concederation answering back.. liamzoncg15@yahoo.com

ReplyDeletegood day, we found one agency here in malate offering very attracted salary as security guard amounted to 3,600USD (subject for tax) no placement,no ducs processing,no visa fee,food and accomodation is free but not the transfo job assignment would be in MONTREAL CANANDA and we are required to give 205USD for the anti terrorist clearance as they said, we are already selected from employers choice thru shortlisting. done already the medical examination, question is, do you have any idea how much is the salary there in canada for the said position? and in addition to this according to the agency they can deployed us by next month of july 2011? i was so wondering if this is all are true, how do we know if it has a job order from poea? pls give us an info. tnx

Deletehi to POEA admin.....mam, itanong ko lang po sa mga agency ba rito sa pinas hindi ba nila alam ang rules and regulations from the POEA, ang pagkakaalam ko po equivalent to 1month salary ang ibabawas sa mga aplicant's kung ma hired na sila. pero ang ''jovinera manpower pooling agency'' manghihinge sila ng 35k bago lilipad ang aplicante pero pagdating dun lugar na pagtratrabahuan buo ang sweldo wala ng kaltas daw.
ReplyDeleteTO: POEA, magkano po ba ang processing fee ng agency sa POEA para sa mga aplicant's? specific amount na magastos ng aplicante for processing sa doucuments? ung ibang agency nanghihinge ng 15k for processin at documentation sa POEA plus kung makaalis na ang aplicante bawasan ng 1month salary.
