Pharmacy Assistant

The Pharmacy Assistant is responsible for performing over-the-counter selling of drugs and health care products through knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service in order to meet set profit plans.

Responsibilities:

1. Dispenses medicine under the supervision of the Pharmacist. 2. Looks after stocks positioning: a. Monitors availability of merchandise. b. Refills and displays stocks. c. Reports out-of-stock/critical stock merchandise to the Pharmacist. 3. Practices good housekeeping. a. Displays merchandise according to therapeutic use. b. Monitors expiration dates. c. Cleans stocks. d. Practices “first it, first out” (FIFO) method in dispensing. 4. Secures merchandise.

Requirement:

1. Graduate of B.S. Pharmacy, B.S. Education, B.S. Computer Science, B.S. Biology, B.S. Accountancy, B.S. Business Administration and B.S. The Stock Clerk is mainly responsible for the proper receiving, storage, and delivery of merchandise to concerned areas/units

Responsibilities:

1. Obtains the required delivery and inventory documents.
2. Counter-checks the items (as to quantity/color/size) against the documents.
3. Prepares requisitioned items and forwards/delivers the same to the selling area.
4. Stores remaining items in its respective/assigned racks.
5. Conducts physical inventory of stocks on hand during inventory periods.
6. Endorses documents to Store Supervisor for posting.
7. Maintains orderliness of work area to ensure systematic flow of work; ensures proper storage and cleanliness as a preventive measure against fire or other accidents.
8. Sees to it that all items stored at the warehouse and those in his custody are well-secured.
9. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the supervision o designs from drawing, planning and implementation for New stores, stores for renovation and special projects. 2. Daily monitoring at the site and ensures availability of owner-supplied materials needed by the contractor of a specific object and that everything is being implemented as per design. 3. Coordinates with the central warehouse for the schedule of deliveries of owner- supplied materials needed at the site. 4. Responsible for the periodic checking and maintenance of all its architectural concerns. 5. In-charge for the documentation, recording and filing of all status or progress reports of either new or existing store/ branch. 6. Ensures to meet the deadlines or target schedules of plans and the quality of work done by contractors. 7. Works hand-in-hand with the Engineering Officer with regard to engineering concerns

Requirement:

Related work experience in a Retail Industry is an edge With atleast 2 years of work experience, preferably from a design firm or of the same environment. Must be a team-player, flexible and willing to do field works.
