*DUTIES: Plan and execute menus for official functions(breakfast,lunches,dinners and buffets).
Ensure that all food preparation and presentation is of the highest
quality:plan family menus for the employer's family; responsible for stock inventory and cost calculations after each function.
A culinary degree and at least three years of cooking experience with international and western food. Experience in food preparation for presentational functions,ability to read English recipes and plan menus with minimal supervision. Basic English language skills are required.
