Detailed Job Description:
*Heavy labor involving the use of tools such as knives/saws and
associated processing equipment
*Wearing personal protective equipment like hard hats, steel toe boots,
and mesh supplied by the employer
*Working in a variety of environment like hot,cold,humid or outside conditions.
*Working with the various contents/parts of a butchered animal
*Transportation of raw material and finished products either manually
or through use of power equipment
*Measuring and dumping of ingredients into mixers,grinding machines, or
mobile tank trucks
*The sanitation of work areas and equipment.
