RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
- Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Administration or Food Technology
- With at least 1-2 years’ worth of experience in a managerial or supervisory position in a food service or food retailing establishment of an international brand
- Knowledge of HACCP and other food quality standards management procedures
- Interest and knowledge in culinary/pastry arts would be an advantage
