HIRING: Cable Link's Customer Relations Assistants

CUSTOMER RELATIONS ASSISTANTS


Responsibilities:

* files documents;
* handles phone and walk-in inquiries and complaints;
* prepares contracts and schedules of reservation;
* handles the logging of schedule for collection for the following day and forward it to the billing department;
* handles the logging of job orders of the day, dispatched JO for reference;
* handles phone calls, walk-in inquiries and complaints as well as the preparation of contracts for subscribers;
* performs other task that will be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

* Female, preferably single, 21 to 28 years old,
* graduate of mass communication or equivalent,
* computer literate, with pleasing personality, with good oral and written communication skills,
* willing to be assigned in satellite offices
