Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

- Competency Assessment
- Career Management and Development
- Assessment Tools Development
- Training Design and Development
- Project Management
- Organizational Research and Diagnosis
