This job contributes to Rustan Coffee’s success by developing and updating the store development strategy for Rustan Coffee. Leads the market planning process and completion of the market plan to ensure that Starbucks in the Philippines will achieve its true market potential.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Monitor the implementation of the store development strategy;
To adopt the market planning process, not confining to the market mapping, retail trade zone study and post opening analysis, and complete the market plan for all key cities across the country;
To ensure that the updated market plans are updated through regular reviews and with the latest market information;
To keep in pace with the development of technologies in the area of store development planning with the view of adopting them; and
To undertake other project work as required by the Planning Manager.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in any course.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
