Position: Technical and Support Engineer
Job description
·
Monitoring and supervision of all civil works activities
·
Monitor all civil and field works compliance to the Estate
Policies and Guidelines
·
Review all requested utility tapping compliance to FBDC - CM
direction/approval
·
Prepare masterplan for all approved utilities
·
Monitor compliance of emergency works by various utility companies
·
Monitor compliance of various developers and estate projects to
the design specifications and standards, both for pre-construction and
post-construction
Desired Skills and
Experience
·
Graduate of Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
·
Must be a licensed engineer
·
With three years experience in Construction, Design or Real
Estate Development
·
Must have basic knowledge of CAD
