Responsibilities:

Software product customisation/configuration
·
Resolve client-raised technical issues and technical bugs
·
Interaction with clients and internal staff through web
forms, emails and phone calls; follow through systems tickets till their
resolutions
·
Maintain good customer relationship to ensure client
satisfaction
Desired Skills and
Experience
Qualifications:
·
Minimum of 3 to 4 years of related experience
·
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree ,
Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Technical Certificate
Holders from reputable IT Schools/Colleges/Universities are welcome to apply
·
MSSQL Server Knowledge (Database Management, Advanced T-SQL
knowledge)
·
Knowledgeable in Javascript
·
Windows remote desktop familiarity
·
FTP
·
Good analysis and logical skills
·
Experience in ticketing management
·
Has excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
·
Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City
·
Regular working hours
Position is for a pioneer account and a possible lead role.
