Position : Investments Review Officer
Job description
This position is primarily
responsible for overseeing the review of investments of discretionary and
directional accounts as to the appropriateness of investments and the
performance according to the guidelines set by the clients, AMTG and
regulators.
Responsibilities:
1. Review of investment mandates of
discretionary and directional portfolios
-Review client portfolios for
compliance to Tactical Asset Allocation and to client mandates & bank
policies
-Review portfolio returns
(attribution) relative to the benchmarks, risks and liquidity
-Document, report and monitor
Investment Review findings
2. Identify improvements in processes
and efficiencies
3. Supervise a team of Investment
Review Staff
4. Perform other tasks assigned by
AMTG management
Desired Skills and
Experience
Education:
Undergraduate in courses related to
Business, Finance, Economics or Math; Preferably with Master’s degree
Experience:
Multiple years in supporting
multi-asset portfolios and portfolio managers
Knowledge:
Broad understanding of global
economics and current developments
Relate to impact on different asset
classes
Dynamics of portfolio management
Business of Trust
Pertinent regulations and taxations
Skills:
Above-average communication skills
Develop portfolio and product
strategies
Ability to coach and delegate
