Position: Phone banking/Email Banking Specialist
Job description
Candidates will undergo 2-4
months training program (Phonebanking Specialist Training Program)
Phonebanking/Email Specialists will
handle client concerns and inquiries over the phone/ email/ other electronic
channels (Facebook, Twitter, Website)
Focus is on Credit Cards, Loans,
Deposit Accounts
Five-day work week
Willing to be assigned in Makati Head
Office or Ayala Life FGU Center in Alabang
Desired Skills and
Experience
Graduate of any 4-year course
With at least 1 year work experience
in Customer Service or related field
