Position: Security Operations Center (SOC) Officer
Job description
Overall Job Function:
Primarily responsible in managing the
Central Security Office -Security Operations Center (CSO-SOC) to ensure that
the system is updated to the latest patches and compliant to the Bank security
standards; Ensure that the systems is connected to all defined sites.
Responsibilities:
a. Manages the Central Security
Office-Security Operations Center (CSO-SOC)
b. Ensures that Cash centers,
branches and other sites connected to CVAMS are connected/on-line at all times
c. Ensures that all alarm activations
and alerts are acted or escalated to concerned units
d. Administers CCTV, Alarm and Access
control users by creating access and monitoring/reviewing systems logs
e. Ensures completeness of database
of CCTV and alarm devices of all connected sites to CVAMS
f. Ensures that only authorized
personnel can access the premises of sites connected to CVAMS
g. Reviews and implements CVAMS
Service Level agreement (SLA)
h. Supervises response units on
physical security incidents
i. Performs other duties as required
by the Head, CSO
