Qualifications:- Degree in Culinary Arts is preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in an internationally recognized luxury hotel chain or food and beverage establishment
- Can supervise and work with all culinary staff in order to prepare, cook and present food according to hotel's standard recipes to be able to create quality food products
- International experience a plus
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
