Job Responsibilities

·         Handles and supervises multiple site projects at the same time.

·         Handles budget and cost estimations and management.

·         Responsible for bidding creation, bidding evaluations, and coordination with contractors and suppliers regarding the results of the bidding.

·         Manage various permit applications for government compliance

·         Attends pre-constructions meetings

·         Handles the scheduling of delivery of owner supplied items

·         Manage change orders

·         Coordinates with respective people involved with the project

Job Requirements

·         Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer

·         Minimum of 3-5 years experience in project management of construction projects is preferred.

·         Experienced in project/construction supervision & contract administration, quantity take off, quality assurance, value engineering.

·         Extensive background in cost estimations and forecasting.

·         Preferably with experience in utilities installation.

·         Can handle simultaneous projects

·         Computer literate

·         Has good interpersonal skills

·         Customer focused

·         Above average communication skills

·         Quality inspection/assurance skills

·         Willing to do field work (area/region-wide coverage)

·         Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City

Position: Engineer and Maintenance Supervisor 

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Responsible in providing technical services in the area of plant building and equipment maintenance and other engineering related works.

·         Responsible for the planning and implementation of plant production, cold storage and utility building and equipment preventive maintenance program to insure its safe condition and efficient operation.

·         Prepares plan, working drawing, cost estimates and other documents for major and minor projects, repairs, renovations, fabrications, maintenance and other improvements required by the plant.

·         Monitors, supervises, inspects and sees to it that all maintenance and project actual execution and completed works are in accordance with the set standards and specifications.

·         Provides assistance in setting of project timetables and cost estimates for the capitalized budgets.

·         Renders general support services on a day to day basis that may be required by all departments.

·         Insures uninterrupted supply of electricity, water, steam, compressed air, LPG and diesel fuel.

·         Motivates staff and keeps their morale high through proper workload assignment, guidance and scheduling.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Knowledgeable on HMI programming
Must be a LICENSED ELECTRICAL ENGINEER/ LICENSED MECHANICAL ENGINEER/ LICENSED ELECTRONICS ENGINEER.

·         Minimum five (5) years experience in plant building, grounds and equipment maintenance including cold storage, sub-station, power distribution lines, generator set, control panels, submersible motors, AC/DC motors, capacitor banks, conveyors and other rotating machines.

·         Minimum five (5) years hands-on experience in plant process equipments is an advantage

·         Knowledgeable in PLC

·         At least three (3) years supervisory experience in an Engineering/Maintenance department.

·         Familiar with DOLE, OSHS, BFAD standards, Building, Electrical, and Mechanical codes commonly applied in the Philippines.

·         Required languages: English, Filipino

·         Working experience in a Food manufacturing industry is and advantage.

·         Must have strong background in Facilities Maintenance / Repair.

·         Applicants must be willing to work in Libis, Quezon City.

·         Applicants must be willing to on SHIFTING SCHEDULE since nature of work is in Manufacturing.
