Brief Job Description

·         · To convert and encode various types of projects and documents necessary for Regulator Technologies, McKinney operations - Marketing Communication group.

·         · To ensure that all revisions and requests are incorporated to the document making the document up to date.

Detailed Description

·         Ensure effective conversion and lay-outing of documentation.

·         Ensure efficient document handling process and basic graphic quality as per standard service portfolio. Ø

·         Deals with all correspondence as required.

·         Ensure required information is logged into indicator sheet or utilization tracker for accountability of regular activities.

·         Develop and maintain full technical knowledge of business processes and activities.

Job Requirements


Education: At least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.


Job Related Experience: Minimum of 6 months professional experience in any of the following industries: marketing communications, technical writing support, web administration support, documentations handling and marketing sales support. Fresh Graduate is considered.


Specific Knowledge:

·         · Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

·         · PC and MS Office literate.

·         · Familiarity in Adobe products specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

·         · Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with limited supervision.

·         · Willing to work on mid shifts.
