Job description

Responsible for Channel Sales (distributor & reseller) in the Philippines.
Plans and directs Unify business in assigned area of responsibility.
Provides the direction and resources to optimize sales volume and to ensure partners have the maximum opportunity for successful collaboration.
Has technical expertise in a combination of voice and data networking fields that provides significant proficiency in both technologies.
Ability to handle medium/large channels, including ability to enable continual growth of the business.
Excellent track record in attracting and maintaining talent.
Experience in managing travel and expense budgets, and is an active member of the business community.
Responsibilities and Tasks

Definition of work flows, jobs and reporting relationships

Desired Skills and Experience
10+ years related experience in IT Industry and solution sales. Preferably with 5+ years of leadership/management experience and must also demonstrate experience in managing distribution and channel partners. 
Strong leadership and achievement orientation to deliver business results
Strong customer communications and relationships skills
Ability to influence decision-making at all levels of an organization (field staff to the executive)
Good business acumen, financial and analytical skills (Strategic Business Sense)
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of the Telecommunication / IT industry and sales and marketing
Attract and retain talent
Demonstrate strong knowledge active partners/SI/SP/VAR

Education

HIRING: Mead Johnson Nutrition's District Manager

Job description

Basic Function:

To achieve district sales goals and contribute to region and national sales targets in terms of value and volume through the effective and efficient implementation of demand generating  programs and the continuous development and training of Territory Managers in the district.

 Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

·         Monitors district sales performance on a monthly basis and designs demand generating programs to be implemented by territory managers to achieve business goals.
·         Coaches territory managers on the proper implementation of core marketing and field operation programs and evaluates effectiveness in terms of generating desired results.
·         Designs developmental plans for each territory manager in the district geared towards strengthening competencies, skill enhancement and maximizing potentials.
·         Conducts regular fieldwork to all territory  managers in the district based on the developmental plans at least 5 times a year emphasizing on the effective implementation of demand generating programs, building relationship/engaging with customers, tailor-fit business building process and competitive intelligence.
·         Visits key customer in the territory or institution such as HCPs, Hospital Formulary Members and other Key Opinion Leaders on a monthly basis to strengthen engagement and ensure continuous presence with the area.
·         Analyzes effectiveness of territory managers on a monthly and quarterly basis in terms of sales and KRA performances and identifies strengths to be enhanced and opportunities to be addressed to achieve desired results.
·         Conducts quarterly business review to identify achievements, address business opportunities and agree on action plans to be implemented for the succeeding quarter.                                                                          
·         Manages and monitors promotional expense budget of the district to achieve maximum results within allowable spending.
·         Conducts quarterly audit on all company resources assigned to the territory managers and demonstrates accountability for all company assets.
·         Ensures highly motivated sales force within the district by creating an inclusive environment for the team. Provides either positive or constructive feedback that will sustain the engagement of the Territory Manager.
·         Initiates control measures and disciplinary action (whenever necessary) so that Compliance and Company Policies are followed and implemented.
·         Accurately accomplishes and submits required reports on time. Reviews report submitted by the territory managers to identify opportunities and provides timely feedback to the TM.
·         Coordinates closely with Trade Sales counterparts to assess product off take in key accounts, maintain stock levels and address distribution opportunities especially for stages 1 & 2 or for newly launched product innovation.
·         Participates in monthly canvass meetings, discusses demand generating programs being conducted by the district to achieve business goals and identifies solutions to business issues pertaining to the district.
Desired Skills and Experience
·         Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Science or Management courses.
·         With minimum 3 years work experience as District Manager or minimum 1 year as Regional Sales Manager with a multinational-ethical Pharma or Nutritional company.
·         Above average coaching and leadership skills
·         Excellent interpersonal skills
·         Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job description
Purpose & Objectives:

Primary purpose of the Inside Sales Executive is to drive Sales Revenue within his assigned Territory or Software Solution-based Revenue Targets (Specialists Solutions Sales). Be accountable for delivering the committed Sales Targets and Revenue forecasts.

Expectations & Tasks:
·         Own and drive at least 3X pipeline targets on a rolling quarter basis
·         Managing pipelines and moving opportunities along the sales cycle to closure
·         Drive Incremental Revenues in assigned Territories / Sales Segments
·         Execute effective outbound campaigns to maximize coverage of the Install base accounts as well as in conjunction with the territory plan

Detailed Description

KRA 1: Functional/ Technical Expertise
• Accurately administer open International orders within agreed timescales to meet customer commitment
• Ensure that orders are processed according to the specific rules relating to trading with countries and end customer terms and conditions.
• Acts as a liaison to assure timely and efficient administration of orders and reports deliverables.
• Review order book for orders in problem status daily and take corrective action as appropriate. Proactively review order book to ensure orders are dispatched according to customer request date in liaison with other relevant departments. 

KRA 2: Customer Commitment 
• Identifies customer needs through communication and probing.
• Creates solutions to customer problems. Provide sound recommendations to their queries. Provides resolution the first time.
• Assists customers in handling, servicing, follow-up, communication and closure of issues.
• Completes workload on time. Monitors if transactions are processed in a timely manner.
• Implements error-proofing method to ensure all transactions done are accurately
• Participates in conferences calls, meetings and discussions with customers.
• Adheres to shift schedules and attendance expectations to ensure consistent support to customers and a balanced workload for peers
• Coordinates with other teams/support to complete the request of customers. 

KRA 3: Internal Communication 
• Records and submits periodic and/or quarterly transaction records, log sheets and/or trackers.
• Plans, executes and manages own workload and projects in cooperation with line leaders.
• Participates in team meetings. Huddles and information cascades. 

KRA 4: Continuous Improvement 
• Identifies problems areas and sources, offers possible solutions and escalates to line leaders/seniors when necessary.
• Completes personal individual development plan and implements agreed training/development activities. 

KRA 5: Team Support and Development 

• Actively participates in team activities and initiatives.
• Fulfil other reasonable duties and projects as required.
• Serves as back-up for next level similar or related function for business continuity.
• Assists in planning, organizing and coordinating team activities to ensure employee engagement. 

Job Requirements 
· Bachelor’s degree is required, whether in Arts or Sciences 

· Customer service / Order Administration experience preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
